Florida Picture Gallery, Rocket Launch Animation

This is a gif animation of a launch that I shot with my digital camera from the balcony of our Cocoa Beach condo. You are looking at Cocoa Beach in the foreground, the Atlantic Ocean and the towers sticking up on the coastline at the middle of the picture are launch towers at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. This is not a shuttle, it's a rocket with a satellite payload. This should give you an idea of how close to the launch facilities our condo is.
